The Story of The Lees Gig...

Local Parkes Band, The Lees, will be performing live on Sunday the 29th of June at the Baptist Church Hall in Forbes NSW, for a show with a difference.
The Lees, who moved to Parkes two years ago, have a huge history and are quite often asked about where they came from, and more importantly, how they got to where they are today!
This will be the general vibe of this one-off show in Forbes, which is kindly being sponsored by the local Baptist Church.
The Lees, who openly follow God, will play and talk about their past experiences, trials and successes in this intimate show which will give you an insight into a side of The Lees life which is rarely shared at their 'normal' gigs.
The show starts at 6pm, but there will be a free sausage sizzle at 5pm to get together with friends beforehand.

1984 Released on CMC!

The Lees have been working over the last 8 months with good friend Scott Richardson, who they met during Raechel’s time on Australian Idol in 2006, and so when they had a bit of free time a few months ago, they decided to put together a filmclip for the track “1984” off their album ‘Time To Kill’, just for fun.
“Time To Kill” has been out since 2006 but due to a hectic schedule with Idol and also a lot of overseas travel, The Lees never really had a chance to properly promote the record.
The brand new clip, which was filmed in less than an hour, features on Faith and also The Lees’ friend Gage. It was filmed last December in White Cliffs while The Lees were doing an Outback Christmas tour.
